Data We Collect

We collect the email address you provide at registration, the content you paste or upload (text, HTML, files), the prompts and reference materials you submit to our AI generation studio, and basic usage data (page views, clip view counts, credit activity). We use cookies solely for authentication sessions.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to provide cv.cm — a clipboard service for storing and sharing clips, and an AI generation studio for creating videos, images, and music. Prompts and reference materials are passed to third-party AI models only to fulfill your generation requests. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Content Safety & Lawful Disclosure

To keep the platform safe and comply with the law, we automatically screen the prompts you submit for AI generation. We block requests that violate our Terms — in particular any sexual content involving minors — and may retain records of blocked or violating attempts (including the prompt, account, and timestamp) as evidence, and disclose them to law enforcement or competent authorities where required by law.

Payment Processing

International card payments are processed by Creem, acting as the Merchant of Record, which handles billing, tax collection, and refunds. CNY payments — for both Pro subscriptions and one-time credit top-ups — are processed through Alipay. We do not store your card information.

Infrastructure & Storage

Your data is served over Cloudflare's global network, with structured data and files stored securely on our own self-hosted object storage.

Data Retention

Free plan clips expire after 30 days. Pro plan clips are retained while your subscription is active. You may delete your clips at any time from the dashboard. You can delete your account from the dashboard settings — this permanently removes your account and all associated data.

Your Rights
