Service Description
cv.cm is an online clipboard service that lets you paste text, HTML, and files, then share them via short links. cv.cm is also an AI generation studio for creating videos, images, and music, with a drama agent, an infinite canvas, and an open API. We offer Free and Pro subscription plans.
Account & Registration
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
Acceptable Use
You may not use this service to store, share, or generate illegal content, malware, spam, phishing material, or content that infringes intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Free & Pro Plans
Free plan: clips are limited to 30 views and expire after 30 days. Pro plan: unlimited views and clips are retained while your subscription is active. Pro is a paid subscription, and plan features and pricing may change with reasonable notice. You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard.
AI Generation
Our AI generation studio creates videos, images, and music from your text prompts and any reference materials you provide, powered by third-party AI models. Your use of these features is also subject to the underlying model providers' terms and content policies. When generating content, you may not depict real people without their consent, impersonate public figures, create deepfakes, or produce sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise illegal material. You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and any reference materials you upload, and you must hold the rights to all uploaded material.
Child Safety
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). You may not submit any prompt or upload any material that requests, depicts, or sexualizes a minor (anyone under 18) — including realistic, illustrated, AI-generated, or age-ambiguous depictions. We automatically screen prompts and block such requests, and we may preserve the relevant records (including the prompt, account, and timestamp) as evidence and report violations to law enforcement and the relevant authorities. Any account that attempts this will be terminated.
Credits
Credits are the in-app currency used for AI generation on a pay-as-you-go basis. Credits may be purchased in packs, granted to new users on sign-up, or awarded to Pro subscribers. Pro subscribers' monthly bonus credits are granted at each billing-cycle renewal and expire at the end of that cycle, while purchased credits never expire; Pro subscribers also earn daily check-in and referral rewards. Credits are consumed when a generation request is submitted and are non-refundable once a generation succeeds. If a generation fails for technical reasons, the credits for that request are refunded automatically. The amount of bonus credits granted to Pro subscribers may be adjusted in line with supplier pricing.
Payment & Billing
International card payments are processed by Creem, the Merchant of Record for those transactions, which handles billing, tax collection (VAT/GST/sales tax), and refunds. CNY payments — for both Pro subscriptions and one-time credit top-ups — are processed through Alipay. We do not store your card information. By subscribing or purchasing credits, you agree to the applicable payment provider's terms.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload. Subject to the AI model providers' terms, you own the videos, images, and music you generate and are responsible for how you use them. By making content public, you grant other users permission to view it. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, AI-generated output, or damages arising from your use of the service.
